About the regulations of the societas quaestus - referable to the societas universorum quae ex quaestu veniunt and to the societas unius alicuius negotiationis and unius rei - the interpretative efforts of the Roman jurists were given profusely since the end of the republican age. The scientific monograph puts itself on the traces of identifying the notion of quaestus (gain) with particular reference to the inclusion within it of the so-called remuneration gifts. Furthermore it reconstructs the jurisprudential debate that aroses around the question of whether the socii - in the determination of the shares - had to respect a proportion with the contributions and in this sense with an attempt to explain the existing contrast between a passage from the Digest and one of the Iustiniani Institutiones. Moreover always with specific reference to the societas quaestus the monograph investigates the setting-up of the intempestiva renuntiatio supporting its origin out of the contrast between Proculiani and Sabiniani so far postulated in doctrine. A product space reformulation with reduced dimension for splitting algorithms

AbstractIn this paper we propose a product space reformulation to transform monotone inclusions described by finitely many operators on a Hilbert space into equivalent two-operator problems. Our approach relies on Pierra’s classical reformulation with a different decomposition, which results in a reduction of the dimension of the outcoming product Hilbert space. We discuss the case of not necessarily convex feasibility and best approximation problems. By applying existing splitting methods to the proposed reformulation we obtain new parallel variants of them with a reduction in the number of variables. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived effect of a physical education teaching intervention by applying formative and shared assessment. The experiment was applied to 340 volunteers (239 women), divided into control (n = 206) and intervention (n = 134) groups. A test and a retest (after the trial) were conducted to assess perceived competence in assessment and motivation in physical education. The intervention was found to have a significant effect on motivation (p < 0.001), but not on perceived competence (p > 0.05). Crystallinity of block copolymer controlled by cyclodextrin

We report a differential scanning calorimetry study to investigate the effect of cyclodextrins (CD) on the crystallinity of a copolymer. Tetronics was selected as copolymer with star-like shape formed by four polyethylene oxide flanked by four polypropylene oxide blocks linked to ethylenediamine central group. The use of CD with different cavity size was exploited for a block selective inclusion. A model for supramolecular association was considered for a quantitative description of the enthalpy data. Conformational changes in Cmethyl-resorcinarene pyridine N -oxide inclusion complexes in the solid state

Aromatic N-oxides interact with Cmethyl-resorcinarene resulting in marked changes in the conformation of the host resorcinarene. In the solid state, 2- and 3-methylpyridine N-oxides form pseudo-capsular 2 : 2 endo host-guest complexes with Cmethyl-resorcinarene stabilized by C-H⋯π interactions. The Cmethyl-resorcinarene·2-methylpyridine N-oxide complex has a C4v crown conformation, while the Cmethyl-resorcinarene·3-methylpyridine N-oxide complex has a slightly open C2v boat conformation. Granular nuclear inclusion body disease: Fine structure of tibial muscle and sural nerve

Fine granular (hyaline) intranuclear inclusion bodies were found in perivascular cells of a muscle and a sural nerve biopsy from a 32-year-old woman with slowly progressive motor disturbances. The hyaline nuclear inclusion bodies could be distinguished from other intranuclear hyaline inclusions by their granularity, the size of the granules (approximately 5-15 nm), and the positive iron staining reaction. They were not seen in muscle fibers or Schwann cells. Because of these apparently pathognomonic structural features the patient appears to present a condition that has not been described before.

La scoperta e la conservazione della Grande Iscrizione di Gortina a Creta, da parte degli studiosi italiani, fra la fine del XIX sec. e i primi decenni del XX sec., rappresentò un grande riconoscimento scientifico-culturale per la giovane nazione italiana. Nel passato, l’isola di Creta era stata legata alla Repubblica di Venezia e anche questo rapporto favorì l’invio a Creta del giovane epigrafista F. The discovery and preservation of the Great Inscription of Gortyna in Crete by Italian researchers in the late nineteenth century. and the first decades of the twentieth century. was an important cultural and scientific recognition for the young Italian nation. In the past the island of Crete had been tied to the Republic of Venice and this report also favored sending in Crete the young epigraphist F. Halbherr who among considerable vicissitudes came to together to the epigraphist german E. Fabricius the inclusion of the famous ancient city of Gortyna. The inscription among the oldest and most comprehensive so far known throughout Europe the rules contained on the family's legacy in general and the rights and duties of some of the people of the Minoan civilization (480-450 BC). The inscription was carved on blocks organic limestone a restored ancient building which later in Roman times was turned into odeon. The Laws of Gortyn were engraved on the remains of the wall forming the passageway in front of the steps of the odeon. The essay traces the events that led to the discovery and subsequent storage made by Halbherr especially with the help of archaeologist L. Pernier and finally with the help of architect E. Stefani who designed a modern cover on the top of the ambulatory of the segments containing the inscription. This coverage was made to perform during the First World War on the basis of the Italian project from the Greek Government in order to protect the membership from possible war damage but especially from vandalism. The roof brick clay of the Laws of Gortyna still serves its function and ensures the use of the monument bearing witness to the preservation of Italian culture in Greece and more generally in the world. But in Sicily in the remains of the Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina (Enna) its elegant protection (built in 1957) is representative of a whole period of culture of the Italian restoration is removed and replaced because it has not been able to make a ongoing maintenance is due. Resumen: El taller de expresion artistica, del Centro Penitenciario Madrid IV en el municipio de Navalcarnero, es un proyecto de arte comunitario y educacion artistica realizado por alumnos voluntarios de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Comparte objetivos con las practicas del voluntariado y la accion social y pretende servir de apoyo a la reeducacion e inclusion social de sus participantes.
